The outdoor terrace is easily one of the most breathtaking spots in Prague — a panoramic sweep of the city skyline with Prague Castle rising majestically in the background. The food more than matched the setting. The Angus steak was perfectly prepared, tender and bursting with flavour. The lobster bisque, delicately accented with caviar, was rich yet refined. The beef tartare was balanced, fresh, and beautifully presented, while the chocolate mousse with cherries was a masterpiece — indulgent yet elegant. The wine was outstanding, service was warm, professional, and attentive without being overbearing, making the entire evening seamless.
